The space
Casita Rubia sits across from our main casa separated by the pool and is a complete and private space to yourself. After entering our property gate from the road, you’ll have your own private access to the Casita.
Guest access
You can enjoy the pool deck off the casita and the lounger chairs to yourself beside the pool. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor shower after a long beach day, or utilize the outdoor kitchen and dining table as well.
Other things to note
Casita Rubia is not only located in super safe San Pancho, but our little oasis is located in a gated community with a 24/7 security guard. If driving, you’re able to park your vehicle inside the gated community during your stay.

– An official ID to create the contract.
– The 50% payment of the booking plus the security deposit (equivalent to 1 night rate).
CANCELATION POLICY:
In case you can’t come and enjoy your booking it’s in our interest to reschedule your visit so you don’t lose your booking and/or money. But if this is not possible, then you would lose the 50% deposit.
