Welcome to Doña Del Mar, a charming Mexican-style villa perched above the Pacific with breathtaking ocean views and a heated saltwater pool. Perfect for families or groups, the property features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom.
Guest access
The sweeping views are courtesy of a short but steep hill to the entrance of the property. Parking is available at the top of the hill with easy access to the main living area. A second entry is available closer to the beach, near the garage. Golf Carts are recommended but not absolutely necessary.

Dona Del Mar is located in the sought after neighborhood of Costa Azul, one of the highest points in San Pancho. The homes are built Mediterranean style into the hillside making for fabulous views of the beach and the Pacific Ocean as far as your eyes can see. You can walk 200 yards down the hill from the house and be on the sand in less than 10 minutes.
